Bertha Mae Ratliff, age 94 of Lackey, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born February 5, 1923 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Lester & Pearl Kerr Sexton. She was the wife of the late Otis Ratliff. She was a homemaker and member of Lackey Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her Daughters: Deborah Crager of Lackey, Kentucky, Sandra (John F.) Collins of Lackey, Kentucky, Rebecca (Johnny Jay) Collins of Wayland, Kentucky, Rhonda (Steven) Johnson of Danville, Kentucky & Leighann Adams of Lackey, Kentucky; Grandchildren: John Lester Collins, Matthew W. Collins, Patrick W. Collins, John Cody Collins & Steven Kyle Johnson; Great Grandchildren: Abigail R. Collins, Averie A. Collins, Christopher P. Collins & Irene Collins; Sisters: Barbara DeRossett of Pikeville, Kentucky, Shirley Bogart of Seattle, Washington & Patty Martin of Paris, Kentucky. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her Grandchildren: Susan Lynn Collins & Christopher Franklin Collins; Brothers & Sisters: Dennis Sexton, Billy Sexton, Betty Mullins & Peggy Thompson. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Time and Place of Services: Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 5pm at the funeral home

Officiating: Johnny Jay Collins

Burial: Lackey Cemetery, Lackey, Kentucky
