Obituary for Charles Edward Hamilton

Charles Edward Hamilton age 81 husband of Sarah Faye Tackett Hamilton of Teaberry passed away from this life of Monday August 28, 2017 at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg. Charles was born on August 5, 1936 a son to the late Mackie Hamilton and Cora Hamilton.
Charles was a retired Coal Miner and member of Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church. Along with his wife Charles is survived by: one son: James Hamilton and his wife Dedra of Dana; two daughters: JoAnn Martin and her husband Joey of Teaberry and Angie Martin and her husband Randy of Beaver; six grandchildren: Jill Tackett and her husband Brian, Brandon Martin and his wife Tamera, Mackenzie Hamilton and his wife Brittany, Lindsey Bunch and her husband John, Dakota Hamilton and his wife Kacey and Tanner Martin; 1 great granddaughter: Aubrey Martin.
Along with his parents Charles is preceded in death by three great grandsons: Ian Bryce Tackett son of Brian and Jill Tackett and Eli and Maddox Hamilton son of Dakota and Kacey Hamilton; and his sisters: Palistine Hamilton, Irean Hamilton, Noralene Hamilton, Naomi H. Hubbard, Wilma Hall and Mildred Hall.

Time and Place of Services: Friday September 1, 2017 at 11am at Samaria Old Regular Baptist Church, Teaberry, Kentucky

Visitation: after 6pm Wednesday at the church and all day Thursday

Officiating: Old Regular Baptist Ministers

Burial: Thomas Hamilton Cemetery, Teaberry, Kentucky
