Clyde Vernon Conn, age 57 of Printer, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born September 24, 1960 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Harlie & Polly Conn. He was the husband of the late Lula Frances Prater Conn. He was a former Sanitation truck driver. He is survived by his Sons: Clyde Vernon (Tammy) Conn Jr., Boge Ike (Kandi) Conn, Berlie Conn & Vaughn Webster Conn all of Printer, Kentucky; Daughters: Polly Francine (Derrick) Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky & Chelise Lynn Conn (Tyler) Greer of Lexington, Kentucky; Brothers & Sisters: Johnny Conn of Printer, Kentucky, Harlie Jr. Conn of Martin, Kentucky, Willard Conn of Pikeville, Kentucky, Theda Hackworth of Martin, Kentucky & Juanita Branham of Pikeville, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Harlie, Clydea, Ethan, Kadandra, James, Austin, Blake, Clyde “Poot” & Alyssa; Great Grandchild: Melanie; Step Great Grandchildren: Myra, Lilia & Kayden. Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by his Brothers & Sister: Merlin Okie Conn, Howard Franklin Conn & Norcie Hall. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Time and Place of Services: Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: Friday, July 27, 2018 at 6pm at the funeral home and all day Saturday

Officiating: Mark Hunt

Burial: Conn Cemetery, Printer, Kentucky
