Janice Faye Clemons, age 59 of Topmost, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born February 26, 1958 in Letcher County, KY to the late Albert & Mildred Johnson Isaac. She was the wife of the late Otis Clemons. She was a disabled cook & attended Rebecca Old Regular Baptist Church. She is survived by her Son: Mickey Isaac of Kite, Kentucky; Daughter: Odessa Isaac of Richmond, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Seth Isaac, Keaton Bastian & Chayton Bastian; Brothers: Darrell Isaac & David Isaac both of Kite, Kentucky. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her Brothers & Sister: Jessie Isaac & Alberta Isaac. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
