Ocie Slone Black, age 89 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Georgetown, Kentucky. She was born July 24, 1928 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Denver Crockett & Sarah Chapman Slone. She was the wife of the late Earl Webb & the late Jessie Black. She was a homemaker and a member of Lick Creek Church of God, Pike County, Kentucky. She is survived by her Son: Roger (Virginia Kaye) Webb of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Stepsons: Benny (Debbie) Black of Tennessee & Roger Dale (Vickie) Black of Harold, Kentucky; Step Daughters: Lois Black (Roger) Gibson of Alabama; Grandchildren: Elaine (Jim) Kaiser & Amanda (Matthew) Stephens;; Step Grandchildren: Denise (Joey) Slone, Megan (Shannon) Goble, Bradley Little, Jesse Auston Black, Benny Black Jr., Timmy Black, Brian Gibson & Eric Gibson; Great Grandchild: Kayleigh Stephens; 5 Great Great Grandchildren. Along with her parents and 1st and 2nd husbands she was preceded in death by her Brothers & Sisters: Ira Slone, Edgar Slone, Homer Slone, Paul Slone, Jack Slone, Elmo Norman, Otis Norman, Bennett Norman & Opal Norman. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Time and Place of Services: Monday, April 9, 2018 at 1 pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: Sunday, April 6, 2018 at 6pm at the funeral home with additional services at 7pm

Burial: Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
