Diane Booth, age 66 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born May 17, 1951 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Jessie & Drema Tolliver Smith. She was the wife of Jackie Booth. She was a retired Floyd County Clerk. Along with her husband she is survived by her Sons: Thurman Booth of Texas & Jessie Booth of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Kevin Booth, Melany Booth, Jessie Booth II, Katlyn Bailey, Tyler Bailey & Josh Bailey; Great Grandchild: Leon Bailey. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her Brother: Lester Smith & Sister: Elizabeth Moody. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Time and Place of Services: Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11 am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Visitation: Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 6 pm at the funeral home and all day Friday, February 16, 2018

Officiating: Carl Woods

Burial: Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
